Shipping Policy
Enjoy free U.S. standard shipping on all orders. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers all across America, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time includes: order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Subsequently, the manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 1–2 days.
- Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-4 days to arrive at their destination.
Customs and TAX:
- When goods are shipped overseas, the buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue on the merchandise. Import duties and handling fees are not the responsibility of Chiragh Apparel. If you refuse to accept delivery, and we have to get the goods returned to us, you will have to pay the courier any duty costs out of any refund we make to you.
