Shipping & Delivery

Free U.S. Standard Shipping
Enjoy free U.S. standard shipping on all orders. We ship domestic orders via USPS, and most packages arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Worldwide Shipping
We also ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are not included in free U.S. shipping promotions.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Your order timeline is broken into two stages:

1) Processing Time

Includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment the same business day or the next business day after being placed. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Inventory Notice
Because we sell across multiple platforms, all orders are subject to availability. If an item sells out before processing is completed, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.


2) Shipping Time

Once processed, your order ships via USPS (or an international carrier for overseas orders).

U.S. delivery: Typically 2–5 business days after shipment
International delivery: Varies by destination and carrier

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Orders, Customs & Taxes

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not covered by Chiragh Apparel.

If an international order is refused and returned to us, any applicable duties or return-related fees may be deducted from your refund.


Shipping Policy & Disclaimer

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays, missed delivery dates, or service disruptions.

If you need an item by a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance and selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout (if available).

Shipping Delay & Refund Policy

If a package is reported as being stuck in transit, a refund will not be issued until the shipping carrier completes its investigation.

Refund requests under these circumstances will be processed only after the carrier’s investigation is complete.


Delivered Packages (Lost / Stolen / Misplaced)

Once your order is marked delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
